KARACHI: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) said on Friday that most areas of Sindh would suffer from hot weather.
However, the provincial capital Karachi witnessed moderate weather.
43 to 45 degree Celsius temperature was recorded in Hyderabad. Also, the downtown areas of Sindh had similar recordings of weather.
The MET office recorded up to 47 degree Celsius in Nawabshah and Larkana. On the other hand, the temperature rose in Punjab.
40 degree Celsius was recorded in Lahore. Most cities in Punjab suffered from hot and humid climate, overwhelming residents with sweat and thirst.
According to PMD, there were no predictions of rain in the near future, while the temperature will keep rising in the next few days.
Dadu experienced a temperature between 44-46 degrees.
