RAWAT: Three dacoits dressed in customs uniform looted a family, who were returning from France, within the jurisdiction of Rawat police.
According to media reports, three armed dacoits dressed in customs uniform riding on a car intercepted a family at midnight on GT road in front of Rawat police station.
The dacoits held them hostage and looted foreign currency worth million of rupees and fled from the scene. The robbers were equipped with wireless sets and pistols.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
